Position Overview



We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly accurate

Bookkeeper

to join our administrative and accounting team. This role supports the financial operations of our brokerage by ensuring precise data entry, maintaining up-to-date records, and managing essential accounting workflows -- all within a fast-paced real estate environment.

The ideal candidate is meticulous, organized, and confident working with industry-specific software and tools.

Key Responsibilities



Perform day-to-day bookkeeping duties for a busy real estate brokerage Complete high-accuracy data entry across multiple internal systems Process financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and maintain ledgers Utilize

Lone Wolf

accounting software for brokerage-specific entries Manage payables, receivables, deposits, and trust accounts as required Prepare and submit CRA remittances accurately and on schedule Execute online banking tasks, including reconciliations and reporting Support administrative and accounting staff with additional financial duties Maintain confidentiality and compliance with real estate accounting regulations

Qualifications & Experience



Bookkeeping experience in a real estate environment is required

Proficiency with Lone Wolf software

(Experience mandatory) Strong data-entry skills with proven

high accuracy

Solid understanding of

CRA Remittance

submissions and online banking workflows Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an office setting Professional communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude

Schedule & Compensation



24 to 40 hours per week

, depending on workload and candidate preference

$35 per hour.
