The Bookkeeper will:
Maintain accurate financial records and general ledgers, ensuring transactions are recorded in a timely and organized manner.
Prepare and process invoices, track accounts payable and accounts receivable, and follow up on outstanding balances in a professional manner.
Assist with payroll preparation, source deductions, and government remittances as required.
Maintain electronic and physical financial filing systems and documentation in an orderly and secure manner.
Prepare basic financial reports (e.g., trial balance, income statement summaries, aging reports) for management review.
Ensure compliance with federal and provincial tax regulations, including GST/HST, payroll, and other statutory filings.
Communicate with management, external accountants, and vendors to resolve discrepancies and provide accurate information when needed.
Provide general administrative and accounting support to the office and contribute to process improvements that enhance the client experience.

Pay: $28.00 per hour
