Clover Administration Inc. is a boutique multi-family office specializing in comprehensive accounting, financial management and planning for a select number of ultra-high net worth/affluent Canadian families.

Our team is currently looking for a

Bookkeeper

to join us on a full-time permanent basis. This role is hybrid, requiring 3 days per week on-site at our office located in downtown Toronto.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE:



Record transactions and prepare journal entries using accounting software Perform routine banking tasks including making deposits, prepare cheques, paying bills and bank reconciliations Maintain and update investment summaries and schedules Preparation of financial statements, net worth & cash flow reports Preparation of working papers, schedules and other documentation for audits Assist in the preparation of GST, personal, trust and corporate tax returns Maintain accurate and organized financial records Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:



Accounting degree or diploma Excellent organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written) Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines Client-focused with a proactive mindset and strong teamwork skills Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Quick learner, technologically proficient and a self-starter Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications Experience with software such QuickBooks, Taxprep is an asset
