As Bookkeeper, this position is responsible for managing the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable of client financial operations such as payment processing, invoicing, collecting, posting and reconciling general ledger accounts.



Verify, allocate and post transactions to the general ledger accounts Balance general ledger by preparing trial balance and reconciling entries Invoicing Credit card and payment processing Monthly or weekly reconciliation Payables & receivables Bank deposits Maintain records through proper physical and digital filing Updating daily transactions through website and online platform Reconciling between several systems Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information and trends Contribute to team effort for clients by accomplishing related results as needed Other administrative duties needed

Detailed Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field 2+ years bookkeeping experience Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop and/or QuickBooks Online Ability to understand, create as needed, and follow standards Data entry skills Strong knowledge of Excel Detail oriented, thorough and accurate Confidentiality Must be a self-starter with the ability to meet deadlines Excellent analytical/problem solving and investigating skills Comfortable and adept in dealing with complexity * Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
