We are seeking a dedicated, full-time Bookkeeper to manage all aspects of financial record-keeping for our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and bookkeeping, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks Desktop. As our bookkeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and providing key financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping tasks

Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections

Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and general ledgers

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Prepare and process payroll on a bi-weekly/monthly basis

Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements

Handle year-end financial close and assist with the preparation of tax returns

Work closely with management to monitor and control business expenses and cash flow

Assist with budgeting and forecasting

Other general administrative tasks as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Minimum 5 years of experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks Desktop

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices

High attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Strong communication skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Preferred Qualifications:



Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry (related to millwright services or commercial doors/levelers) is a plus

Salary Range:



The salary for this position will depend on the candidate's experience and qualifications but generally falls within the range of

$44,000 to $60,000 per year

. Benefits and opportunities for growth are also available.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.15-$28.85 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
