We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper with strong QuickBooks knowledge to join our finance team immediately; salary would be based on experience. Preferred Qualifications:
Bookkeeping certification or relevant administration field
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily financial transactions using QuickBooks
Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports
Reconcile bank and credit card statements
Maintain accurate general ledger entries
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports
Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding billing and payments
Support external accountants during audits or tax preparation
Report to the Plant Manager and Executive Management
Requirements:
Proven experience as a bookkeeper, accountant, or similar role
Proficiency in QuickBooks
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Software and other office software
Experience with payroll processing
Knowledge of local tax regulations
