Meta Bookkeeping Inc. is seeking a Bookkeeper to work with our cloud bookkeeping clients. We are customer focused and adaptable to our client's needs. We are more then just a bookkeeper; we help clients find the right tech stack for their business needs. We are committed to being 99% paperless.

Duties include:

Monthly bookkeeping using Quickbooks Online and Hubdoc Review Data postings and Monthly reconciliations Accounts Receivables and Payables Payroll and Payroll remittances GST/PST preparation and filing Worksafe Remittances Daily Administration duties - answering emails/phone calls Excel worksheets Workflow management using Financial Cents
Going above and beyond:

You can explain the difference between a balance sheet and income statement in layman's terms. You love cleaning up complicated QBO files and following the trail of data to ensure accurate records are kept You love learning new technology and are adaptable to change
Education and Experience

2+ administration experience 2+ years in a cloud bookkeeping environment - Quickbooks Online, Hubdoc, Dext

The position is a combination of in office work and work from home. 20-30 hours/week. Office located in Sidney, BC.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
