The Bookkeeper is the first set of eyes for all of our accounting information. The Bookkeeper will verify account balances, monitor revenue, and ensure all payments have been received by their due dates. If a discrepancy is discovered, the bookkeeper will work with the management team to understand what caused the error and will notify the appropriate staff so that corrective action can be taken.
The ideal candidate for this role has a thorough understanding of double-entry bookkeeping and QuickBooks, as well as strong organizational skills.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 1 year accounting work experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word.
Familiar with QuickBooks and Sage accounting software. Preference for familiarity with ERP systems
Language: English & Mandarin
Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, function independently and organise work with or without direction, excellent communicator.
