OISC's teams and individual players are recognized as one of the best Sports Clubs in the City.OISC is widely acknowledged as providing the highest quality player development programs, facilities, coaches, training, leadership and management so that all participants are encouraged to reach their highest potential.To learn more about OISC, visit our website: https:l/ottawasoccer.com/We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and self-driven Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team and help manage our financial records, reporting to the General Manager and Board Treasurer.Responsibilities:Maintain accurate financial records for the club, including revenue, expenses, and other transactionsInput all financial transaction data into QuickBooks system. Receive the bank statements and reconcile to the financial system. Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments. Assist the GM in the preparation of annual budget.Manage accounts payable and receivable reporting, and assist with collection. Assist with payroll processing, including preparation of T4s for club staff. Prepare deposits to our bank.(Virtually) Prepare cheques for printing and/or club signatures.Maintain an electronic filing system for all processed invoices and receipts to support year end audit based on electronic records.
