If you have experience with A/P, A/R, General ledger, and financial reporting, then this may be the right Bookkeeper role for you.Responsibilities- Be responsible for accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions- Manage and review general ledger- Produce financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information- Examine payments received and record deposits- Oversee and maintain a well-run system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; define bookkeeping policies and procedures- Support quality archived records by filing documents- Balance accounts by reconciling entries
- Bank reconciliations experience- Strong familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR)- Comprehensive knowledge of account reconciliation- Bookkeeping experience- General familiarity with Odoo- Well-founded grasp of Microsoft Excel- Proven knowledge of data entry- Expertise in Accounts Payable (AP)- Prior experience using accounting software- Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred- BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferredRobert Half is the world\'s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
