About the Role

Being extremely comfortable and knowledgeable with technology and online accounting solutions Engaging with, and handling, multiple clients simultaneously in a deadline driven environment Carrying out weekly, bi-weekly and monthly bookkeeping processes, and proactively communicating with clients to ensure these stay current Month End Reviews and Financial Reporting Preparation of payroll Preparation of T4, T5, HST, EHT & WSIB Preparation of year end files for accountants
About You

You have College level Accounting or Business Diploma or equivalent education and experience You have at least 3 years of full cycle Canadian bookkeeping experience working in a multi-client environment You are an expert and have working knowledge in QuickBooks Online, Dext, Hubdoc, Word, Excel, G-Suite The use of technology does not frighten you. You thrive on it and love new tech
