Traiter les transactions de comptes fournisseurs et de comptes clients
Effectuer les rapprochements bancaires et les conciliations de comptes
Preparer et analyser les etats financiers, incluant les bilans et les etats des resultats
Participer aux activites de budgetisation et de prevision financiere
Veiller au respect des principes comptables et des politiques internes de l'entreprise
Utiliser des logiciels comptables (tels que QuickBooks, etc.) pour effectuer les taches de tenue de livres
EXPERIENCE
Experience demontree a titre de technicien(ne) comptable / teneur(euse) de livres ou dans un poste similaire
Maitrise des logiciels comptables (QuickBooks, etc.)
Solide connaissance des processus de comptes fournisseurs et de comptes clients
Familiarite avec la budgetisation et la production de rapports financiers
Grand souci du detail et precision dans la saisie de donnees et la tenue de dossiers
Excellentes capacites organisationnelles et aptitude a gerer les priorites
Excellentes competences en communication, tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit
SOMMAIRE DU POSTE
Vous serez responsable de la tenue de livres de trois societes d'exploitation principales, ainsi que d'un portefeuille d'environ 300+ logements. Chaque propriete et chaque societe possede ses propres exigences et particularites. DUTIES
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Reconcile bank statements and perform account reconciliations
Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies
Utilize accounting software (such as QuickBooks, etc.) to perform bookkeeping tasks
EXPERIENCE
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
Proficiency in using accounting software (QuickBooks, etc.)
Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Familiarity with budgeting and financial reporting
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
SUMMARY
You will oversee the books for three principal operating companies, as well as a portfolio of approximately 300+ units. Each property and company will have their own independent requirements. It's a dynamic and young work environment with opportunity for growth as the companies grow.
