We're looking for an ambitious, diligent, and friendly Bookkeeper to join our team at Money Back Bookkeeping.
Location:
1796 Colville Road, Elmwood, Prince Edward Island (10 minutes West of Cornwall)
Key Responsibilities:
- Create customer invoices and send monthly statements;
- Manage income, perform bank reconciliations;
- Manage and pay vendor bills;
- Record payroll and calculate payroll source deductions;
- Calculate HST remittances, File ROEs, Workers Compensation filings;
- Calculate and submit union remittances;
- Create financial reports, file T4s and Summaries.
- Experience with QuickBooks or Simply Accounting/Sage;
- Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting and bookkeeping principles and practices;
- Access to reliable transportation;
- Legally entitled to work in Canada;
- Able to provide a clean criminal background check.
Monday-Friday
9:00am-4:30pm
Compensation:
$19 per hour
