Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper with 2-3 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, utilizing QuickBooks, and ensuring seamless client interactions. This position plays a vital role in our team, requiring excellent communication skills and a strong ability to collaborate and lead within the financial management process.

Key Responsibilities:



Financial Record Maintenance:

Accurately record financial transactions, monitor financial activities, and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.

QuickBooks Management and other accounting tools:

Utilize QuickBooks and other accounting tools to manage financial data, process entries, and generate reports, ensuring the software's full utility is maximized for the firm and its clients.

Client Coordination:

Act as a primary point of contact for clients, understanding their bookkeeping needs and providing timely and effective service to enhance client satisfaction.

Account Reconciliation:

Regularly review and reconcile accounts, ensuring discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly to maintain the integrity of financial records at month end, quarterly and annual basis including accounts payable and accounts receivable

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with colleagues across different departments to streamline workflows, share insights, and improve overall processes within the firm.

Leadership Responsibilities:

Demonstrate leadership by managing multiple client accounts efficiently, supporting team, and leading initiatives that affect financial operations. Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly and yearly)

Payroll Processing:

Manage payroll processing for clients, ensuring accurate calculations, timely payments, and compliance with tax regulations.

Qualifications:



Experience:

2-3 years of professional experience in bookkeeping.

Software Proficiency:

Strong command of QuickBooks and familiarity with other accounting tools.

Client Management Skills:

Proven ability to manage and coordinate activities with clients, understanding their needs and communicating solutions effectively.

Attention to Detail:

Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in financial record-keeping.

Collaboration and Leadership:

Ability to work collaboratively with a team and exhibit leadership qualities in managing financial operations.

Educational Background:

A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is preferable.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
