The Role:
We are seeking a detailed-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper to manage our full-cycle accounting processes. This is a key role for someone who takes pride in maintaining accurate financial records and providing insights that help drive our business forward. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, preferably within the hospitality or golf industry.
What You'll Do:
Manage the full accounts payable and accounts receivable cycles.
Perform accurate and timely bank and credit card reconciliations.
Process payroll and maintain related records.
Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and reports.
Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Oversee inventory controls and reporting.
Utilize QuickBooks Online as our primary accounting system.
Create detailed reports and documents using the Microsoft Suite, with advanced Excel skills being a significant asset.
What You Bring:
Must-Haves:
3-5 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
Solid understanding of payroll processing, month-end reporting, and inventory controls.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Exceptional attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience in the hospitality, retail, or golf industry.
Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly Wage: $26 per hour with the final offer commensurate with experience.
