We're now looking for a Bookkeeper to join our collaborative Bookkeeping and Administration Team in Kamloops. This role plays a key part in supporting daily financial operations, assisting with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), and maintaining accurate, timely records that keep our business running smoothly.

The Role:
As a
Bookkeeper
, you'll work closely with the Bookkeeping Manager and Admin Team to support full-cycle accounting functions and day-to-day operations. You'll manage AP/AR processes, assist with reconciliations and reporting, and maintain accurate records that ensure smooth financial operations across departments.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Process
Accounts Payable (AP)
and
Accounts Receivable (AR)
transactions accurately and efficiently
Prepare and post invoices, payments, deposits, and reconciliations
Maintain organized vendor and customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances
Support month-end and year-end closing activities and journal entries
Assist with budget tracking, financial reporting, and cash flow monitoring
Collaborate with the
Bookkeeping Manager
and
leadership team
to maintain internal controls and reporting standards
Provide administrative support to the
Admin Team
, including payroll data preparation and document organization
What You Bring:
Diploma or certification in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (construction or manufacturing industry an asset)
Proficiency in accounting software (Sage, QuickBooks, or equivalent)
Strong Excel and data-entry skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
A proactive, professional attitude and commitment to teamwork
Legally eligible to work in Canada
