About the Role:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dependable

Bookkeeper

to join our team. This is an in-person role reporting directly to our accountant. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of bookkeeping experience and be proficient with QuickBooks. We value accuracy, initiative, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Record financial transactions, reconcile bank statements, and maintain general finances Assist with payroll, invoicing, and financial reporting Collaborate with our accountant to ensure accurate financial records Handle multiple tasks and priorities with strong attention to detail

Qualifications

3-4 years of professional bookkeeping experience

Proficiency in QuickBooks is required

Strong organizational and multitasking skills Knowledge about Catering is beneficial High attention to detail and accuracy Willingness to learn and adapt in a small team environment
