Bookkeeper
to join our team.
Position Overview
The Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, accurate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced small business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
Prepare and submit GST and other government remittances
Assist with payroll preparation and related records
Generate financial reports for management review
Monitor and track outstanding invoices and payments
Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Work closely with management to ensure financial accuracy
Qualifications
Proven experience as a bookkeeper, accounting clerk, or similar role
Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks Online experience an asset)
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of automotive repair industry processes is an asset but not required
Business Diploma will be considered an asset!
Working Hours & Compensation
Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Competitive wage based on experience

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
