Dawson Creek Veterinary Clinic is hiring a part time bookkeeper. Are you looking for a change and to join a great team? We are looking for someone to take care of book keeping responsibilities for our clinic business.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-entering income and expense transactions into Quickbooks online
- submitting employer health taxes, PST and GST remittances
- submitting WCB payroll reporting quarterly
-preparing and sending reports and Quickbook data to the accountant
-occasional coverage to prepare and take deposits to the bank
-occasional coverage to enter payroll information
- bank and visa reconciliations
