Job Title: Bookkeeper

Full-Time

Salary:

$40,000 - $50,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Vacation:

2 weeks paid vacation annually

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Bookkeeper

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting systems, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment. Experience with

Constar Finance software

is a strong asset, though proficiency with other accounting systems, Excel, and Word is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records Process accounts payable and receivable Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end closing Monitor cash flow and maintain general ledger entries Process payroll and other financial duties as required Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies

Qualifications:

3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience Experience with

Constar Finance software

is a plus Proficient in

Microsoft Excel and Word

Solid understanding of general accounting principles and procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Adaptable, open to new opportunities and change
