Bookkeeper - Rimrock Landscaping

We're looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. This position plays a key role in managing our accounting and financial functions, supporting payroll, job costing, and accounts receivable, all while working closely with our trades teams.

Responsibilities:

Full-cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations Job costing and tracking project expenses accurately Prepare year-end financial documentation and support audits Manage payroll processing and related filings Collaborate effectively with trades and operations teams Adapt quickly to changes in processes and systems

Qualifications & Skills:

5+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a service or trade-related industry Proficient with QuickBooks accounting software Solid understanding of accounting principles, job costing, and year-end preparation Payroll processing experience Accounts receivable management expertise Experience with LMN software is a plus Quick thinker with strong problem-solving skills Collaborative team player who is open to learning and adapting
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
