Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records using
QuickBooks Online
Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling, email correspondence, and document management
Support internal operations with
Excel
spreadsheets and
Outlook
communications
Handle multiple instructions and tasks efficiently in a high-volume setting
Provide occasional support with legal documentation and processes (experience in legal admin is a plus)
Requirements:
Proven experience in bookkeeping and administrative support
Proficiency in
QuickBooks Online
,
Microsoft Excel
, and
Outlook
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience in a fast-paced office environment
Legal administrative and payroll experience is an asset but not required
