Signarama Quinte are a busy, growing company looking for a reliable, positive, and organized team member to help keep our operations running smoothly. If you enjoy a mix of bookkeeping, customer service, and coordination work, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:



Perform general bookkeeping tasks (invoicing, recording payments, updating accounts) Proactively follow up on late payments and maintain accurate A/R records Answer incoming calls and provide friendly, professional support Manage sales orders from start to finish Schedule crews and ensure job details are communicated and completed Assist with general office tasks as needed Maintain a positive, team-focused attitude in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:



Experience with bookkeeping or accounting software (QuickBooks or similar) Strong communication skills; comfortable calling customers about overdue payments Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Customer-service mindset with a positive, outgoing personality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong phone etiquette and scheduling skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
