Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and organized Booking Sales Manager & Dispatcher to join our team. This role requires someone who is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of managing bookings while coordinating drivers to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound / outbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner. Manage and process customer bookings, quotes, and sales requests. Maintain and update customer data and booking records. Schedule and dispatch drivers for trips, ensuring efficient route management. Communicate with drivers to provide trip details, updates, and resolve issues. Support the sales process by following up on leads and converting inquiries into bookings. Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support daily operations.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in dispatching, booking management, sales, or a related role is an asset. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with computer systems, booking software, and data management. Customer-service mindset with problem-solving abilities. Flexible availability (weekends or evenings may be required based on business needs).
