Visit us today and check out to see why more people from across the globe are moving here.ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Program Manager, the Booking & Registration Clerk B is accountable and responsible for providing administrative/secretarial support with minimal supervision/direction to managers, supervisors, physicians and various professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficient prioritization of multiple responsibilities to meet the requirements of the department(s) utilizing initiative, judgment and knowledge in a highly confidential setting. The Clerk may be required to provide services throughout the Rehabilitation and Supportive Care Services portfolio.QualificationsWe would love to hear from you if you have the following:

• Grade XII plus one year related experience or one year related program
• Medical Terminology course preferred
• Experience using PHS and STAR, preferably in an ambulatory care setting; Advanced PHS training preferred
• Computer experience (Windows, MS Office) and typing/keyboarding are required Minimum of 40 wpm with accuracy
• Customer service courses an asset
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Co-ordination, organization and decision making abilities must be present
• Ability to function independently and as a member of a team
• Ability to work in a high volume and high pressure setting
• Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred
