Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Oversee and coordinate all office activities
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence if needed
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Maintain a tidy and organized office environment
- Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or relevant role
- Proficiency in file management, Sage, and human resources tasks
- Strong clerical, administrative, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage vendors effectively
