Job Title: Bookkeeper for Restaurant Group

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled bookkeeper to join our restaurant group's finance team. As a bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records for multiple restaurants within our group, using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Dext, Plooto, and Sage
Simply Accounting (payroll).

Key Responsibilities:

? Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for multiple restaurants within the group

? Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice entry and reconciliation

? Manage cash flow by monitoring and reconciling bank accounts and credit card statements

? Process payroll accurately and on time
? Create financial statements and reports as required
? Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other financial reports
? Work with restaurant managers and other stakeholders to resolve any financial discrepancies or issues
? Ensure compliance with accounting principles and restaurant group policies

Requirements:

? Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
? Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality industry setting
? Proficiency in QuickBooks, Dext, Plooto, and other accounting software
? Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
? Strong organizational and time management skills
? Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary and Benefits: The salary for this position will be competitive and commensurate with experience between $65,000 -$75,000 . The restaurant group offers a comprehensive benefits package.
