COOKS

for our diversified locations.

Reporting to the Chef, the

COOKS

is responsible for safely preparing dishes required for a full-service restaurant. The ideal candidate should be motivated by an appetite for food and developing knowledge of various cooking techniques.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

FOODSAFE certification is an asset 2 year's experience in a similar role Strong knife skills and workable knowledge of kitchen equipment Solid understanding of standard measurements and portions Energetic with a passion for food and a positive outlook Able to follow oral and written instructions Experience as a line cook - grilling, frying, sauteing, chopping, etc. Likes to work as part of a team Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight Ability to stand for long periods of time
