We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and bookkeeping, with proficiency in various accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, and Xero. This role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring the overall financial health of our organization.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records through bookkeeping practices. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy. Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Assist in budgeting processes by providing relevant financial data. Process payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with applicable laws. Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, Xero) to manage financial transactions effectively. Prepare financial reports as needed for management review.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role. Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is required. Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices. Experience with payroll processing is preferred. Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliation, and bank reconciliation. Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
