Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Boiler Operator to join our Service Rig Team on an abandonment project in Rainbow Lake, AB. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining and troubleshooting boiler systems to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable production processes. This role requires a strong mechanical background, electrical knowledge, and familiarity with industrial maintenance practices. The Boiler Operator will play a critical part in maintaining operational safety standards and supporting our service rigs.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor boiler systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety compliance Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on boilers and related equipment Maintain documentation of operations, maintenance activities, and safety checks Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure minimal downtime and efficient operation

Qualifications

Proven experience with boiler operation in an industrial or manufacturing environment Must have a minimum of 3 years operation a boiler and hold a ABSA boiler ticket Knowledge of industrial maintenance procedures including analysis skills for troubleshooting complex issues Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and team collaboration Prior experience with industrial maintenance, manufacturing processes, or related fields preferred Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving The successful candidate will contribute significantly to the safety, efficiency, and reliability of our manufacturing operations.
