Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Assist the Kitchen Manager in leading the kitchen team, ensuring exceptional food quality and efficient operations during regular service and special events. Oversee the preparation and presentation of dishes, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency across the menu. Mentor and inspire team members, fostering an environment that promotes growth, respect, and collaboration. Participate in training sessions to enhance team skills and stay current with culinary trends and innovations. Help manage inventory, purchasing, and cost control to keep kitchen operations running smoothly and efficiently. Support daily kitchen operations alongside the Kitchen Manager, focusing on maintaining high food quality and efficiency while contributing to staff development. Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe and enjoyable dining experience for our guests.

Who You Are:

Culinary Enthusiast: Youbring at least 1+ years of experience in a kitchen leadership role, thriving in a high-energy environment.
