Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Practitioner to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various massage techniques and be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. As a Massage Practitioner, you will work closely with clients to assess their needs and develop personalized treatment plans that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, and therapeutic massages. Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their health history and specific concerns. Communicate effectively with clients regarding their treatment plans and any necessary adjustments. Uphold a clean and organized work environment in accordance with health and safety standards. Stay informed about industry trends, techniques, and best practices to enhance service offerings. Provide excellent customer service by ensuring clients feel comfortable and valued during their sessions.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs. Previous experience in a spa or wellness setting is preferred. Ability to maintain professionalism while providing empathetic care to clients. Commitment to ongoing professional development in massage therapy techniques and practices.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 22 per week
