Key Responsibilities:

o Lead with Impact: Motivate and manage a high-performing team, ensuring they meet quality standards, adhere to safety protocols, and stay on track to deliver top-notch repairs.

o Efficient Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate workflows, and ensure repairs are done on time while maintaining customer satisfaction.

o Quality Control: Monitor and inspect all work performed to ensure every job meets CARSTAR's high standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

o Customer Satisfaction: Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and collaborate with the team to ensure the best possible experience for every customer.

o Team Development: Mentor and train technicians, helping them develop their skills and advance in their careers, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.

o Inventory Management: Keep track of parts, tools, and supplies to ensure availability and control costs, ensuring the shop is always fully stocked and ready to go.

o Hands-On Leadership: Apply your technical expertise to oversee repairs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure all repairs meet quality and safety standards.

o Administrative Tasks: Manage schedules, report progress, handle cost estimations, and track workflow to keep the shop running efficiently.

Key Requirements:

o Experience & Expertise: 1-3 years of experience in automotive repair, with delivering high-quality work.

o Certifications: High School Diploma (or GED) required; post-secondary education in automotive technology is a plus. ASE and OSHA certifications are a bonus!

o Leadership Skills: Strong experience in leading teams, motivating others, and ensuring work is completed on time and to high-quality standards.

o Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to address customer concerns and coordinate effectively with team members.

o Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of automotive repair techniques, diagnostics, and equipment, with the ability to troubleshoot and apply solutions.

o Organization & Time Management: Strong ability to prioritize, manage schedules, and ensure workflow remains seamless even in a busy environment.

o Safety-First Attitude: Committed to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment by enforcing safety protocols and industry standards.

o Physical Ability: Must be able to handle the physical demands of the role, including lifting, standing, and working in a fast-paced environment.
