We currently have a full-time position available for a

Body Shop Technician/ Apprentice

at our

Woodstock

location.

This is an excellent opportunity for a team player with a contagious can-do attitude in the workplace. Reporting to the Body Shop Manager, this position involves performing skilled and complex bodywork on vehicles with minimum supervision. This job requires physical strength, including heavy lifting, frequent bending, and working in tight spaces.

Responsibilities and requirements:

Responsible for repairing all assigned vehicles according to estimates and within timeframes Complete repair order documentation and record keeping Use and maintain tools and equipment properly Keep the Body Shop Manager informed of the progress of the repairs and communicate with the parts department to obtain required parts as needed Keep personal workspace organized and return tools, materials, and equipment to designated areas Work in a high-volume environment and follow all company safety procedures Work as a team, both individually and with other mechanics

Qualifications:

Apprentices in any block are eligible for this position Experience in a Dealership environment is an asset Working knowledge of all aspects of repairs for damaged body parts and bodies of vehicles Applicant must be extremely quality-minded with a strong work ethic Thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment Excellent verbal communication skills Paint shop experience is an asset Aluminum and/or stainless steel welding is an asset

Schedule:

8-hour shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability Overtime possible
