MacKay's Truck & Trailer Center is growing, and we are currently seeking a permanent full-time

Bobcat Sales Specialist

to join our team in

Moncton, New Brunswick.

Reporting to the Bobcat Operations Manager, this position will be responsible for strategic sales growth through management of key accounts and sales activities of our Compact Equipment product line up in Eastern New Brunswick.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Developing strategic plans to meet annual sales targets Managing key accounts, building relationships, and staying current with customer and industry requirements Managing and supporting sales staff in selling of products Building new and maintaining existing relationships with manufacturers Staying current on product knowledge and equipment Ordering and pricing of inventory Developing marketing and promotion strategies for territory Preparing customer status reports, including but not limited to sales call activity, closing, follow up, and prospect reports as required
Required Skills:

Strong customer service skills Highly motivated and self-directed Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills Ability to build relationships and prospect new accounts
Required Experience:

Previous sales / sales management is considered an asset Industry experience and/or a comprehensive knowledge of compact equipment is considered an asset Must be able to obtain or have a valid passport and be able to travel domestically and internationally when required.

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
