Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Snow Plow Operator to efficiently manage snow removal operations during winter months. This role requires a dedicated individual capable of operating heavy machinery and performing maintenance tasks to ensure safe and clear pathways for vehicles and pedestrians. The ideal candidate will have experience with construction, landscape maintenance, or related fields, and possess mechanical knowledge to handle equipment effectively.

Responsibilities

Operate bobcats safely and efficiently to clear roads, driveways, parking lots, and walkways Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on plow equipment to ensure optimal performance Use hand tools and power tools for minor repairs or adjustments as needed Maintain safety standards by adhering to all operational guidelines and wearing appropriate protective gear Communicate effectively with team members regarding work progress and safety concerns

Requirements

Proven experience operating , bobcat snow plows Mechanical knowledge related to construction, maintenance Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in equipment repair and general mainten Ability to work in cold weather conditions for extended periods during snow removal operations Strong attention to safety protocols and procedures Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred Prior experience in construction or landscape maintenance is a plus

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
