Seeking personnel to join company as board member. Board members make decisions about the direction of the company and collaborate on company leadership. As a new startup such board members will be pioneers in the corporation who set the trajectory of the business and lead those who follow. This position will contribute to the setup of a new aerospace business with a focus on aviation, engineering, business and Government relations.

Your Qualifications may include:

Mechanical engineering experience Business education Engineering education Accountant credentials Government experience Understanding of aviation service and maintenance Heavy mechanics shop experience Ontario business landscape knowledge Air control experience Political knowledge Understanding of bank operations Legal credentials Stock market professional New startup experience
Compensation:

Initial board of directors will be working to establish company and attract initial investment which will lead to preliminary salaries. Salaries not yet available. $160k / yr and up expected plus stock options and other benefits. Initial board members will benefit from high level ranking with corp growth.
