Equinox Marketing Services is a call centre located on C\xc3\xb4te-de-Liesse in Montreal (QC). We are currently seeking perfectly English speaking Call Centre Tele Sales Representatives (TSR) who are outgoing, passionate and hardworking. As a TSR you have interactive and engaging conversations with a variety of existing customers from a renowned Canadian financial institution. Your enthusiasm, coupled with your ability to handle objections and rebuttals, are essential to your success in this role. We provide you with the tools, leads, scripts, training and continuous coaching. This is a role that requires dedication, enthusiasm, sales skills, basic computer knowledge and data input.

Responsibilities

  • Making outbound calls to existing customers to pitch and promote financial products, services and benefits by understanding the customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs.
  • Offering information, insight and recommendations on promotions and products.
  • Overcoming objections and convincing customers to purchase - closing sales.
  • Understanding the products and maintaining a working knowledge of all products and services that are offered.
  • Utilizing available tools and resources as designed to enhance overall efficiency on the call.
  • Meeting specific performance standards, quality targets and sales goals.
  • Successful Candidates will possess
  • Ability to communicate in perfect English with clarity over the telephone.
  • At least 6 months of consecutive experience in a call center, preferably in outbound sales.
  • Ability to identify sales opportunities by confidently offering products and services to meet customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs.
  • Sales enthusiasm, a positive attitude, high energy, strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet personal and team goals. Tenacity and persistence to \'go the extra mile\'.
  • Exceptional ability to immediately build credibility with customer from \'first contact\'.
  • Customer focused; ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clientele.
  • Ability to apply good judgment based on customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs.
