Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking two experienced Blow Molding Operators with a strong background in both blow molding and injection molding to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for producing high-quality plastic products while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain blow molding machines to produce plastic products according to specifications. Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards and production efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues as they arise. Conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Document production data and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
Qualifications:
Must have prior experience in injection molding. Solid understanding of plastic materials and manufacturing processes. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. * Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
