About The Role:

As a Blow Molderat Dimachem Inc., you will play a key role in our bottle production process. Working in our production facility, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining inline blow molding machines, fillers, and cappers to produce high-quality bottles used across our product lines. This role requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow and uphold all health & safety, quality, and GMP policies and procedures. Operate inline blow molding machines, fillers, and cappers in accordance with production requirements. Perform bottle audits including cap torque, weight, overflow, and vertical load testing to ensure quality standards are met. Troubleshoot and adjust machines to maintain optimal performance and minimize downtime. Create and adjust machine recipes to meet product specifications and improve efficiency. Assist with mold changeovers and perform routine preventative maintenance as directed. Load preforms into hoppers to ensure continuous machine operation. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times. Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to meet shift and company goals. Communicate production or equipment issues to the shift supervisor or maintenance team. Perform other related duties as assigned by the management team.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 1 year of experience operating a blow molding machine. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability. Basic math and computer skills required. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment. Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or overtime as needed. Strong attention to detail, as this role involves quality inspection responsibilities Proficiency in Google applications is an asset Must exhibit a high degree of professionalism with a focus on developing strong internal working relationships. Availability to work on Days, Afternoons or Midnight shifts as assigned.

Physical Demands

Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, and use hands to handle or feel materials and equipment. Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.

Work Environment

Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts in a production setting. The noise level can be loud, and temperatures fluctuate depending on the season. Personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn in designated areas.
