Great journalism doesn't end when a story is published -- it needs to reach the right audience at the right time. That's where our Newsletter Editor comes in.



The Newsletter Editor plays a critical role in engaging our audience by crafting compelling newsletters that inform, entertain and connect readers with the stories that matter most. The successful applicant must hold a keen editorial eye and understanding of digital content distribution, ensuring our newsletters drive engagement and grow our readership.


Key Responsibilities


• Select, edit and organize stories for daily, weekly and specialized newsletters, ensuring alignment with editorial priorities and audience interests.
• Write compelling subject lines, headlines and summaries to maximize engagement and ensure clarity.
• Analyze newsletter performance, using audience insights to improve open rates, click-through rates and overall engagement.
• Collaborate with Reporters, Editors and the digital content team to ensure timely and relevant content distribution.
• Manage newsletter distribution through email marketing platforms and implement best practices for audience segmentation and personalization.
