We are looking for an enthusiastic, collaborative individual to join our Team as a Bistro Assistant Manager.

THE DETAILS:

You\'ll be joining our Bistro team inside EQ3, in a full time capacity.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and effectively.

• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.

• Conduct regular service evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff members.

• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.

• Manage schedules and assign duties to staff members, ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Previous management experience

• Availability to work weekends.

• Excellent communication skills

• Outstanding organization, coordination, and multi-tasking abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

• Great people skills, having a friendly and outgoing demeanor
