An entry level

Biomedical Lab Assistant

position is available for our cell biology laboratory. This is position combines hands-on laboratory work in cell processing and diagnostics, with client services.

Key Responsibilities:

Laboratory:

- Prepare and oversee laboratory equipment, reagents, and supplies.

- Process biological samples for clinical applications.

- Conduct diagnostic testing on critical specimens.

- Assist Laboratory Director in clinical research, R&D, process improvement as required.

Client Services:

- Support existing customers, ensuring they receive the necessary assistance for a positive experience.

- Educate potential customers about our services, ensuring their confidence in making a purchase.

- Handle administrative duties, such as client registration, product shipping, follow-up, and resolving technical or account issues.

- Handle client inquiries via phone, email and live chat.

- Assist with sales and customer service development projects as required.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Bioscience or a related field.

Language Proficiency:

Must be a perfect English speaker, or have professional-level fluency in English.
