Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bindery Worker to join our manufacturing team. This role involves handling various post-press binding operations, ensuring quality and efficiency in the production process. The ideal candidate will have experience in a digital and or offset printing company and could lead to full time employment.

Responsibilities

Operate binding equipment to assemble printed materials accurately and efficiently Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards Assist with packaging and preparing products for shipment Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and productivity Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals Follow safety protocols and operational procedures at all times

Skills

Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and maintaining binding equipment Experience with printing finishing processes. Ability to operate a folder, and coil binding punch and loader a plus. Strong attention to detail and quality control skills Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team Prior experience in printing is highly desirable.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
