Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate bindery equipment, such as cutters, folders, collators, and stitchers
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- Adjust machine settings to meet production specifications
- Inspect finished products for defects and make necessary adjustments
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Bindery Operator or similar role
- Proficiency in operating bindery equipment
- Ability to read and interpret job orders
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Forklift certification is a plus
