Bim Specialist

Job Description
Required qualifications:
- High proficiency in BIM technologies
- High proficiency in Revit is a must
- SketchUp modeling, MS Office and preparation of presentation materials is desirable.
- 3 - 5 years of experience completing design and construction documents in Revit and BIM360
- Experience with multi-family residential projects is highly desirable
- Effective verbal and graphic communication, organizational and collaborative skills
- Degree in Architecture or Architectural/Building Technology from a recognized post-secondary institution
- Applicant must be registered with the AIBC, or eligible to be registered in the province of British Columbia.
- Prepare design and technical documentation under supervision of a senior staff member
- Manage information flow between AVRP offices
- Coordinate and manage information exchange with our consultants and clients
- Manage Revit files, project files backup and models
- Train, troubleshoot and monitor compliance with the AVRP\xe2\x80\x99s Revit standards
- Monday to Friday
- Vancouver, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
- Revit (preferred)
- AutoCAD (preferred)
