I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent in the Greater Montreal area.
Our team of finance experts speaks your language and works in your environment. We cover the finance, accounting and payroll professions.I\'m looking for a Billing Technician for my client located Downtown Montreal. This is a permanent position in hybrid mode, 2-3 days remote.Your responsibilities:
- Prepare invoices for work in progress
- Verify accuracy of invoice information
- Process invoice cancellations, credit notes and time entry corrections
- Solve billing-related problems
- Process write-off requests
- Upload and follow-up on all electronic invoicingYour profile:
- DEC in administrative techniques or accounting or other related training
- 2 years of experience in billing, ideally in a professional services firm or large corporation
- Knowledge of Maitre or Elite software and electronic invoicing (an asset)
- Strong attention to detail
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
