As a Billing Expert, you will oversee all billing processes related to allied health services within our physiotherapy clinic, ensuring that claims to insurance providers are accurately processed and payments are timely. You'll manage billing across

multiple office locations

Key Responsibilities:

Insurance Billing:

Handle billing processes for

ICBC

,

Telus Health Portal

,

WorksafeBC

, and

private insurers

for physiotherapy and allied health services.

Excel Management:

Maintain multiple Excel sheets, tracking patient billing, claim statuses, and payment history with exceptional organization and attention to detail.

Billing Discrepancies:

Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, ensuring timely follow-up with insurance companies and minimizing claim denials.

Process Improvement:

Continuously review billing practices to streamline processes and increase efficiency across the clinic's operations.

What We're Looking For:

Proven Billing Expertise:

You have extensive experience in billing for physiotherapy and allied health services, working with

ICBC

,

WorksafeBC

,

Telus Health

, and other private insurers.

Clinic Experience:

Previous experience in a

physiotherapy clinic

or a similar healthcare setting is essential.

Excel Expertise:

Strong proficiency in

Microsoft Excel

to manage billing records, track multiple lists, and generate reports.

Self-Motivated:

You work independently, managing your workload with minimal supervision and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently.

Detail-Oriented:

You have a meticulous eye for detail and ensure all claims and records are accurate, complete, and compliant with insurance requirements.
