Job Description
Our client in Southeast Calgary is seeking a Billing Clerk for 6 months to provide invoicing support within their office. If you have the skills and background suited for this position, dont wait to apply - we are hiring right away!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process client invoices and statements, ensuring accuracy with company procedures.
- Monitor incoming payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Liaise with clients regarding invoice-related inquiries and assist in resolving billing-related issues.
- Maintain organized records of invoicing transactions and related documents.
- Utilize billing software to enter and manage invoice data efficiently.
- Assist with other administrative duties as required.
- 2 years of experience in performing complete invoicing and billing processes manually.
- Knowledge of submitting invoices using different client systems.
- Diploma in finance, accounting, or business-related fields would be a strong asset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
- Strong communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
