Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct billing operations and monitor operational / financial workflows to ensure billing compliance for new and existing customers.
  • Ensure that billing and related functional processes are performed in accordance with accounting policy.
  • Perform system and process audits to ensure that all invoicing procedures are being performed and transmitted accurately.
  • Review monthly audits and present analytical reporting to leadership.
  • Assist in month-end close including preparation of journal entries, billings package, A/R account analysis, and key revenue metrics.
  • Partner with sales and customer service to resolve billing inquiries, providing assistance with information requests.
  • Prepare ad-hoc analysis, as needed.
Qualifications

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting
  • Ability to work in a high-growth environment and rapidly changing organization
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general business software
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel - 10% primarily domestic with the possibility of international travel; however, this could change based on company's impending business needs
  • Ability to perform essential functions of the job
